Chilchuck is a dex build through and through. Cunning and spry, he often gets mistaken as a child, a notion that he heavily resents especially when it means nobody listens to him when he points out when they are very obviously marching towards certain death. He's a realist who is smart about his money due to being exploited in the past, and he has a major fear of mimics and tentacles. Alcoholism runs in his family with his father having succumbed to his addiction, but Chilchuck knows how to keep it in moderation despite how much the choices of his party make him question whether or not he should just throw caution to the wind. It's been many years since he's seen his wife and family aside from his daughter Flertom.
Let me level with you: this job sucks. Like actually. If I could be doing literally anything else to support my family right now, I would. But I'm an adult. I have to make adult decisions to make up for all my childish ones. Thus, I will continue my perillous trek into the depths. I'll hesitantly charge headfirst into danger knowing that I'm at least doing it by your side. It makes it just a little less scary since I suppose dying with others for a good cause is better than dying alone with nothing. Then again, with what we're up against, I'm starting to wonder which is scarier at this point.
